Water Leaking Test: Pressure Requirement: 150KPa. No visible bubble is allowed.
Product appearance inspection
a.Radiator belt wave should be placed evenly; distance from end of fin to side of headplate should be even, and allowed distance variation is ≤4m
b.Marking stickers should be in good condition and well placed.
c.Assembled radiator inlet/outlet and gas outlet should be sealed after passing test to avoid dust and other sundries.
